Founded by Kathy Kee, Karen Anderson, Frances Shuster, and Vicky Dearing, and acquired by Solution Tree in 2021, our mission is to help organizations and individuals achieve extraordinary results while transforming lives.
Our team is composed of accomplished educators with professional certifications from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). We bring deep expertise in leadership development and specialize in delivering both personalized coaching training to individuals, teams, and entire school systems.
